In the article we considered the types of opportunistic behavior in credit markets: adverse selection and moral hazard. We qualitatively assessed the costs of opportunistic behavior in the bank and marc-oriented credit systems. Identified evolutionary institutions that reduce transaction costs in the long term. Made recommendations for reforming the institutional infrastructure of Perm region’s credit market .

State, movement and use of fixed assets indicators are considered in this article in terms of their ability to judge the policy of fixed assets reproduction. А classification of indicators for analysis of fixed assets reproduction was carried out by at the relevance degree. To this end key sides of fixed asset reproduction were identified, and analysis of the most common fixed assets indicators was run due to determine its ability to adequately describe the major settings of fixed asset reproduction.

The results of a review of existing methods for assessing competition in product markets, including in the oil markets. Linear boundary value problems for functional differential systems are considered when the number of boundary conditions is greater than the dimension of the system in the case of approximate fulfilment of boundary conditions. Boundary value problems are connected with studying the problems on the attainability for given indexes of develop-ment to the economic system under consideration. The approach is based on theorems whose conditions allow one to check up them by special reliable computing procedures.

In the article the authors review the evolution history of the general equilibrium theory (GET), show that the GET problem existed long before Walras’ law. The authors also distinguish GET as a static Marshall-Walras theory and as a dynamic theory and point out micro- and macros approach in GET. Some contemporary tendencies of GET development and the opportunities of its expansion are shown.

In article is considered the problem - typology of the personnel with the deviating behavior significant for economic and personnel safety of the innovative enterprises. Definition "norm of behavior" is formulated, necessity of the new approach to its definition in modern conditions is proved, and also the typology of the personnel with the deviating behavior is presented: the personnel with an unstable stereotype of behavior; the personnel with a proof stereotype of behavior; the personnel with inadequate reaction to administrative influences.

Research defines an essence of concepts “simple group of companies”, “complex group of companies”, “complex vertical group of companies”, “complex mixed group of companies” in accordance with IFRS during the preparation of the consolidated financial statements. Types and nature of links be-tween the companies within the consolidation perimeter are also identified which are based on the concept of control according to IFRS 10 “Consolidated Financial Statements”. Author’s definitions of such elements of group structure as “vnuchataya company” and “pravnuchataya company” are propounded.

The content of the article. In the acticle reproduction processes in the region are studied and assessed in the reproduction proportions with the use of the researched integral coefficients of their position in the region. The most valuable resources of the gross regional product in Perm, Chlyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Samara, Nizhniy Novgorod regions, the Bashkortostan and Tatarstan republics are analyzed. The reproduction structural proportions, the dynamic of their development are also defined for these regions. The critical assessment of their state in Perm kray is given in the article. The hypothesis of the priority of the balanced structure of reproduction process is proved.

Theory of government control for high-rate monopolization market is developed in this paper. It represents principles and sets model of the government management adaptation to changing marketing conditions on examples of interaction between the state and bilateral or one sided classical monopoly. Calculation results are interpreted as an indication of the government adaptation efficiency. Program for calculation the government adaptability indicators is presented. Calculation experiment has done.

The paper presents results of agent-based model design devoted to innovation process of appearance, selection and implementation innovative ideas. It considers conceptual mechanism description of the model. Developed simulation model proposes brand new approach to problems of innovative development. It demonstrates capability to reveal problems and to obtain quantitative and qualitative estimations of their effects. Moreover, such
results are too problematical to get by the instrumentality of other types of model.
