  • 2006 – 2018 - associate professor of Management department at Perm State University.
  • 2003 – PhD in economic science.
  • 2001-2006 - senior lecturer of Management Department at Perm State University.
  • From 2016 to nowadays he is a member of the Interdepartmental Commission for PPP development in Perm region under the Government of Perm region (Russia).
  • From 2012 to 2016 he was a head of the Committee for PPP development in Perm region at Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Russia).
  • In 2012 he took part at “PPP days 2012” (was hosted by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the World Bank Institute, at the United Nations building (Palais des Nations), Geneva, Switzerland) as an official member of Perm region (as a part of Russian Federation) mission.
  • The large amount of his scientific articles is focused on the research of the EU experience in PPP.
  • His research interest covers such areas as PPPs, competitiveness of regions, infrastructure development, finance and investments. He has participated in several national conferences/seminars and has several publications in many referred national journals.
  • From 2020 - the academic coordinatorin the project «PPP in EU. Experience and future trends» under the Jean Monnet module (Erasmus + program).
